Upon final payment, certain intellectual property rights may be transferred to the client, but Vedant Bharat Media retains the right to use portions of the work for portfolio purposes.
Limitation of Liability: Vedant Bharat Media will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, profits, or data.
